1. Who we are

Sous (“Sous”, “we”, “us”) is operated by Arc Social Limited, registered at Lagos, NG. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Sous mobile application and related services (together, the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. What Sous does

Sous is a shared photo-and-video album for the people at a get-together. You can create albums, invite others, capture and upload photos and videos, and play optional photo “Missions”. Albums are host-controlled: a host opens an album, others contribute while it is open, and the host can close it (making it view-only) or reopen it.

3. Eligibility and accounts

• You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country, if higher) to use the Service.
• You sign in with Apple, Google, or email. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account.
• You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it up to date.

4. Your content

• You own your content. Photos, videos, album names, and other material you submit (“Your Content”) remain yours.
• License to operate the Service. You grant Sous a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, and display Your Content only as needed to provide the Service to you and the members of the albums you share it with. This license ends when you delete the content or your account, except for backups retained for a limited period and content others have already saved.
• Responsibility. You are solely responsible for Your Content and confirm you have the rights and the consent of any person depicted to share it. You must follow the Acceptable Use Policy.
• Other members’ content. Albums are shared spaces. Content you contribute may be visible to, and downloadable by, other members of that album. Be considerate about what you share.

5. Acceptable use and moderation

Your use of the Service is subject to the Acceptable Use Policy and the EULA, which include a zero-tolerance policy for objectionable content and abusive behavior. We provide in-app tools to report content and block users, and we act on reports of objectionable content within 24 hours. We may remove content and suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

6. Paid features (Sous Pro and album unlocks)

• The core of Sous is free. Members never pay to join an album or contribute.
• We may offer paid features, including a Sous Pro subscription and one-time album unlocks, purchased through the Apple App Store or Google Play.
• Prices, billing periods, and what each plan includes are shown at the point of purchase. Subscriptions auto-renew until cancelled; manage or cancel them in your App Store / Google Play account settings.
