1. Purpose
This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) sets out what you may and may not do on Sous. It applies to everyone who uses the Service and supplements the Terms of Service and the EULA. By using Sous, you agree to this AUP.
2. Zero-tolerance principle
Sous has zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive users. Content that violates this policy will be removed, and accounts responsible for it may be suspended or terminated - without notice for serious or repeat violations.
3. Prohibited content
You must not upload, share, or transmit content that:
- is unlawful, fraudulent, or promotes illegal activity;
- sexualizes minors in any way, or is otherwise child sexual abuse material (we report CSAM to the relevant authorities);
- is pornographic or sexually explicit;
- is hateful, harassing, defamatory, or incites violence or self-harm;
- depicts graphic violence, gore, or cruelty;
- infringes anyone’s intellectual-property, privacy, or publicity rights;
- discloses another person’s private or identifying information without consent; or
- contains malware, spam, or deceptive links.
4. Prohibited conduct
You must not:
- harass, threaten, impersonate, stalk, or abuse other people;
- upload photos or videos of people who have not consented to being shared;
- attempt to access accounts or albums you have not been invited to;
