1. Acceptance

By downloading, installing, or using Sous (“the App”), you agree to be bound by this End User License Agreement (“EULA”). If you do not agree, do not use the App. You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum digital-consent age in your jurisdiction) to use Sous.

2. License

Sous grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your personal, non-commercial use, subject to this EULA and the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions / Google Play Terms of Service, as applicable.

3. User-Generated Content

Sous lets you and the people you invite create shared albums and upload photos and videos (“User Content”). You are solely responsible for the User Content you upload and for ensuring you have the rights and consent of everyone depicted in it.

You retain ownership of your User Content. By uploading it, you grant Sous a limited license to store, process, and display that content to the members of the albums you share it with, solely to operate the service.

4. Zero Tolerance for Objectionable Content and Abusive Behavior

Sous has a zero-tolerance policy for objectionable content and abusive users. You agree not to upload, share, or transmit any User Content that:

• is unlawful, defamatory, harassing, abusive, threatening, or hateful;
• is sexually explicit, pornographic, or sexualizes minors in any way;
• depicts or promotes violence, self-harm, or illegal activity;
• infringes the intellectual-property, privacy, or publicity rights of others;
• contains another person’s private or identifying information without consent; or
• is otherwise objectionable, as determined by Sous in its sole discretion.

You also agree not to harass, threaten, impersonate, or abuse other users.

5. Reporting, Moderation, and Enforcement

Sous provides in-app tools to report objectionable content and to block abusive users. We will:

1. Review every report and act on objectionable content within 24 hours of it being reported - by removing the content and, where warranted, ejecting the user who provided it;
