Arc Social Limited (“Sous”, “we”) is the data controller for personal data processed through the Sous app. Contact: [email protected].
Account data. When you sign in with Apple, Google, or email, we collect your name, email address, and (optionally) a profile photo. Apple’s “Hide My Email” and similar privacy relays are supported where the provider offers them.
Content you create. Photos and videos you capture or upload, album names, missions, and related metadata (e.g., capture time). Photos and videos are stored in object storage (see processors below).
Usage and diagnostics. We collect product-analytics events to understand how the app is used and to fix problems. Analytics are pseudonymous: we identify events by a user ID only - we do not attach your name or email to analytics events. We use session replay of in-app activity with on-screen text and images masked by default. Telemetry runs in production builds only.
Device and push data. A push-notification token (if you grant notification permission) and basic device/app information needed to deliver notifications and diagnose crashes.
Communications. If you contact support or consent to product updates, we process your email address and message content.
We do not intentionally collect precise location, contacts, or special-category data. Don’t put sensitive information in album content if you don’t want it stored.
